Springy Flatiron Bldg (New York, NY)

Stop working too hard!

It's spring.  And clearly my blog has been suffering from the late nights and work travel.  So, new leaf for spring. . . Get back on the visual breadcrumbs horse and remember that life is way too short to miss the beauty around me.  Nothing says spring better than NYC and this view of the Flatiron Building just last week proved it to me.

Riderless horse (London)

Commitment to art

I love the new horse skeleton in Trafalgar Square, London.  Quite a statement on. . . well. . . everything!  Money, power, history, art.  You go Hans Haacke!  And thank you London!

Best hiding place ever

Looking for that last Easter egg

Just in case you came up one egg short over the Easter weekend, my advice is to check with the dog.

Allergy season is in full swing!

Sacrificial lamb of spring

Every year you see them pop up.  You know that means the weather is warmer.  Now comes the waiting.  The hoping.  Please no gigantic disaster so they go away.  So daffodils all over the world. . . our fingers are crossed!  oh and pass the Zyrtec

Once upon a time. . .

I went on a walk at dusk and decided that Buckingham Palace looked really lovely at night.  Enjoy!

View from the tarmac (Oregon)

Stop and stare

And that's exactly what everyone on my flight did as we disembarked the plane.  Sometimes the view just says "take my picture".  So. . . I did.
