Riderless horse (London)

Commitment to art

I love the new horse skeleton in Trafalgar Square, London.  Quite a statement on. . . well. . . everything!  Money, power, history, art.  You go Hans Haacke!  And thank you London!

Best hiding place ever

Looking for that last Easter egg

Just in case you came up one egg short over the Easter weekend, my advice is to check with the dog.

Allergy season is in full swing!

Sacrificial lamb of spring

Every year you see them pop up.  You know that means the weather is warmer.  Now comes the waiting.  The hoping.  Please no gigantic disaster so they go away.  So daffodils all over the world. . . our fingers are crossed!  oh and pass the Zyrtec

Royalty at night (Buckingham Palace, London)

Once upon a time. . .

I went on a walk at dusk and decided that Buckingham Palace looked really lovely at night.  Enjoy!

View from the tarmac (Oregon)

Stop and stare

And that's exactly what everyone on my flight did as we disembarked the plane.  Sometimes the view just says "take my picture".  So. . . I did.

Have a drink (London, UK)

Belly up to the . . .  trough

Sometimes its just cool to keep things they way they used to be.  Like this water trough on the side of a street in London.  Now granted, there are not many horses around to take advantage of it right now, but you never know.  They could be making a huge come back next year!

So fluffy! (Portland, OR)

Now that's what I call spring!

It's sometimes hard to imagine winter can be coming to an end.  Then you spend a day in a destination that spring has actually sprung and you go home very happy.  Hurry up spring!
